Important: OB Prime does not execute trades, provide brokerage services, connect to trading accounts, or handle real-money transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OB Prime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Education-Only Use

OB Prime is a gold market monitoring and simulation training app. Chart data, order book context, market drivers, compass signals, review records, and order entries are provided for educational simulation only.

All simulated orders are virtual records. They are not submitted to any exchange, broker, dealer, liquidity provider, or trading account.

3. No Financial Advice

OB Prime content is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in gold or any financial product. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

4. Market Data and Availability

The app may display XAU/USD spot reference data from a public Gold API service. When a network request is unavailable, the app may use local fallback sample data. Reference data may be delayed, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OB Prime to misrepresent simulated records as real trades, violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation, or rely on the app as a brokerage, exchange, custody, or payment service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OB Prime is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data interruptions, reliance on simulated outputs, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
