Data commitment: Simulated order records are designed as local practice records. OB Prime does not require brokerage credentials, trading account access, deposits, withdrawals, or custody information.

1. Information We Process

2. No Brokerage or Payment Data

OB Prime does not ask for trading account credentials, brokerage access, payment card details, deposit instructions, withdrawal information, or custody details.

3. Local Records

Virtual order records are intended for local practice and review. If you remove the app, reset your device, or clear local app data, those records may be deleted depending on your device settings.

4. Third-Party Reference Data

The app may request public reference data from a Gold API service. Your use of that service may be subject to the provider's own technical logs and policies.

5. Your Choices

You may stop using the app, delete local app data from your device settings, or contact us to request help with privacy questions related to communications you have sent us.
